Her landscapes depict the tropical beauty and contrasts of Venezuela and her portraits reflect her quest to capture human diversity and individual character.
Since her first exhibitions in the early seventies, she has participated in dozens of art exhibitions and competitions in Venezuela earning several awards. Her paintings and portraits are held in private collections in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Spain, Italy, and other countries.
Her work was selected for display at the VI and VIII International Watercolor Biennials in Mexico, the First Andean Watercolor Exhibit in Cuenca, Ecuador, the AQUARELA INTERNACIONAL - SÃO PAULO / BRASIL 2008 biennale, II International Watercolor Biennale 2011 in Spain, as well as in a special watercolor exhibition in Russia commemorating St. Peterburg´s tricentennial.
She is an active member of the Venezuelan Watercolor Association and the Drawing Circle of Caracas.
